Plagiarism includes the following forms (Soelistyo, 2011):

1. Word-for-Word Plagiarism

Using another author's words verbatim without enclosing them in quotation marks or providing appropriate citations and acknowledgments.

2. Source Plagiarism

Using another person's ideas, arguments, or intellectual contributions without properly acknowledging or citing the original source.

3. Plagiarism of Authorship

Presenting another author's work as one's own without appropriate acknowledgment of the original author.

4. Self-Plagiarism

Republishing previously published work or reusing substantial portions of one's own prior publications without appropriate disclosure or acknowledgment. When building upon previous research, authors must ensure that the new manuscript makes a substantial and meaningful contribution beyond their earlier publications. Previous work must be properly cited, and redundant or duplicate publication must be avoided. The new article should provide original insights, findings, or perspectives that distinguish it from the author's previous publications.
